The stereotype is, of course, home teachers that call the last day of the month. So I figured, wouldn't people get a little suspicious if the home teachers called the first week? Wouldn't they wonder if something was up?
My home teacher got in touch before November was actually over to try to schedule for Dec. 2. At church that day, he apologetically asked if we could move the appointment one week later. Being in the bishopric, he'd discovered that the 2nd was stuffed with meetings. I told him that wouldn't be a problem. :)
I've been cartooning since I was a teenager, and have been published in magazines ranging from AASHTO Quarterly to the LDS Church magazines and several other periodicals, trade publications and newsletters.
