On the wagon

They couldn't just walk and walk and walk and walk everywhere, could they?

  1. Visiting the Winter Quarter's visitor center last year, I learned that the pioneers' covered wagons were often painted in bright, vibrant colors (like the yellow in your gag). This was because those paints held up to the elements better than the dull browns that we assume the wagons were painted in. You know what this all means: this might be your most historically accurate pioneer comic ever!
