Two side notes: No. 1 - The restaurants I used for this were some of my favorites along the Wasatch Front. I don't know if any of them are still around.
No. 2 - One of the first official meals I had in Korea was at a company cafeteria in Pohang...cafeteria style squid, seaweed, rice and kimchi. Mmm, mmm!
