Cooking from scratch


Stuffing (or dressing) seems to be one of the most controversial dishes at Thanksgiving dinner. Dry? Moist? Cornbread? Giblets? Fruit?

At our family gathering, we usually have two or three stuffing variations in order to accommodate a variety of tastes. Unsurprisingly, there never seems to be any left over, either!
