I ran across that "optimal use of our technological resources" phrase in a document I was editing. It made me think that wasting time looking at silly memes and videos (and cartoons, maybe?) isn't really that new of a thing.

The original sketch for this had a big ol' pterodactyl carcass in the background. That was a little too graphic, so I toned it down a bit. Pterodactyl with stuffing...Mmm! Mmm!

By dawn's early egg


I knew this one was wrong from the outset.

Easter is the celebration of the Resurrection. Cavemen celebrating Easter is a total non sequitur. Dinosaurs and prehistoric man were never contemporary. In fact, bunnies and chickens really don't have anything to do with Easter, either. Heck, even the brontosaurus is actually an apatosaurus. I get it.

Nothing about this is true. It's a cartoon. It's kind of silly, and I like it. I hope you can get a kick out of it, too!
