It occurred to me that missionaries often need to adjust to the local cuisine. I went from a bland diet at home to eating kimchi practically every day. What kinds of adjustments might other missionaries have to make?

I struggled with deciding whether the contestants should be crickets or seagulls. Then it occurred to me that having both would certainly ratchet up the tension!

As we enter in to Pioneer Day joke season, I like to remind myself that it wasn't all fun and games. It was serious stuff that set the saints on the road to Zion; these were real people facing difficult challenges, going forward with faith.
