Just in time for the holidays!

There's nothing like traveling abroad to make you appreciate what you have in your own country. One of my jobs in the mission home was to pick up packages from the post office and then redistribute them to the missionaries in the field. Sometimes it took months for packages to get from home all the way to the intended receiver!

I was reading about secure mail (email) as I walked by the mailroom with a bin labeled for outgoing mail.  No wonder postal workers get stressed, dealing with those emotions all day!

It's in the mail


There are those missionaries who get a ton of mail, and those missionaries who get nuthin'. It's not too late to send Christmas cards to those men and women serving in the field!
