Count on it

In the old days they used to have the ward clerk sit on the stand to take minutes and do the attendance count. When my dad was clerk, he'd go and do the count and then return to the stand — and promptly fall asleep. It was like clockwork, so I know this method works!

Since it is the Ides, and since I continue to have production issues, I thought I'd reshare this one from a few years ago. 

Although it's less of an issue these days due to online donations, it's still important to be careful out there!

Sometimes people forget that sitting in a pew at church doesn't make one invisible. It's amazing the things that ward clerks see when they make the count.
